Our pilot Modular Live Set Lab brought together artists from different backgrounds for a six-week development sprint.
Participants tested performance workflows, received technical mentorship, and presented new material in a public showcase.
The strongest takeaway was collaboration: artists improved faster when sharing process notes, not just final tracks.
